Coral Cabana - We had a wonderful vacation! As you know, this is our third year in the Coral Cabana. Each time it gets better. The house is so comfortable that it almost feels as though it is our personal vacation home. Having four young children, it’s often hard to find nice places to stay that comfortably accommodate all of us. The Coral Cabana definitely fits the bill! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We love having our own private pool and the porch and lawn are major pluses. On days we don’t feel like going to the beach, the kids are able to play outside while Bob and I relax on the porch swing. We also like that there is no waiting for elevators or stairs to climb. All the improvements you have made to the property look great. Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable and worry free. We will see you next year!

Coral Cabana - Once again we had an absolutely wonderful time at the Coral Cabana. It is so comfortable, welcoming and extremely relaxing. We all thoroughly enjoyed our very own pool. The girls couldn't wait to come back this year and neither could we. It was so nice to come back to the same wonderful place we so fondly remembered. This year we made a new friend of the feline sort. Amanda named her Tiger even though she isn't a tiger cat and maybe she isn't even a she. "She" is very friendly and easy to recognize with a very short tail. We look forward to seeing her next year. I must say the highlight for me this year was having the opportunity to meet you both. You are such warm and friendly people. It was truly a pleasure meeting you in person. Thank you for all you have done for us.

Aqua Terra - We stayed recently at one of your homes called "Aqua Terra", which was in a quiet picturesque neighborhood with very nice homes. We have stayed in Destin many times as we love the beautiful white beach. However, our stay with you was the best experience ever. It is not easy to find a private home with a pool as clean and nice as yours for the price, especially the personal attention you give your guests and their needs. Your personal touch is evident and was appreciated by us and our friends. We loved the house, the pool and the short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this house and Easy Street.

Aqua Terra - Wow! What a great surprise in finding your beautiful home with all of its convenient accommodations upon our arrival to Destin - better than we could have possibly expected! Rick, you were absolutely wonderfully warm, not only on the phone, but in person as well, as you endeared yourself to both my daughters who worked with you to set up this memorable vacation and my Dad who had the pleasure of meeting you during our stay. I would highly recommend a stay at not only this gorgeous home, but at any one that you might offer, Rick, as you are easy to work with, you think of the convenient details for your guests stay, and you are so generous in your hosting. We had a splendid time and can't wait to see you next year! Merry Christmas, Sloan and zoo crew (to include our appreciative pets who got to join us too - yippee!)

Sandpiper - We have stayed in many hotels and homes on vacation, Sandpiper and Easy Street Vacation Rentals are by far the best accommodations we have found anywhere. The home is roomy, clean and well maintained. It is wonderful to have a home away from home where you are comfortable and can live in clean well maintained and well decorated surroundings. Too often, because we travel with our little dog, many places are substandard and charge exorbitant rates. Not the case with Easy Street. Our little dog was made to feel very welcomed and his good behavior was rewarded with a fantastic vacation. We'll be back to visit Easy Street and will refer as many friends and relatives as possible!!! Keep up the good work. We'll see you again.

Sandpiper - First time renting a house anywhere. Very apprehensive at first, since you never actually know what you're renting until you get there. However, we could not have been happier, the house was very roomy, considering this was a true family vacation (9 adults, 5 kids, 2 dogs) but the house was equipped with everything we needed. A 3 minute drive from the house to beach parking. This was an amazing trip, and I'd recommend Easy Street Vacation Rentals to anyone. The next time we decide to vacation to the beach, it will be Destin, Fl c/o Easy Street Vacation Rentals. Rick and Debbie, thank you so much for your hospitality and honesty!

Banana Cabana - What an amazing vacation on Easy Street? You have truly thought of everything to make a vacation special. The privacy of the pool is terrific and a great place to relax while the husbands played golf. The house is so well equipped that we found ourselves way over packed (just like you said we would be). It was a pleasure meeting you upon our arrival.....it truly felt like we were home. Thanks so much, and looking forward to many more Destin Vacations.

Banana Cabana - This property was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids)! The space inside was more then plentiful - we never felt crowded. The pool area was also spacious. The house is in tip top shape. The short walk to the beach was no problem. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. We had a 5 star vacation thanks to the Banana Cabana!

Beachinit - I WILL NEVER STAY IN A CONDO AGAIN!! We had the most amazing experience staying at "Beachinit". Who would have thought a rental property would have so many personal touches to make a stay so enjoyable? The house is absolutely amazing and stocked with anything you could possible imagine needing. We had a blender for daiquiris (poolside, of course!), ironing board and iron, even an egg slicer for our egg salad sandwiches! There was not ONE thing we reached for that was not there! That is way more than I can say for the swanky condo we normally stay in. The house is so clean; my mom actually asked me if I was sure we could have pets! The pool is gorgeous and private and the owner was even kind enough to include rafts, floaties, etc. to enjoy. One of our favorite experiences was the GOLF CART!!!! We had so much fun exploring the area, going to the beach, visiting the different shops and restaurants, even getting hot dogs and ice cream! I can not say enough about our amazing experience, if you are thinking about visiting BEACHINIT, don't think, just BOOK IT! You will have the most amazing time of your life. If you have pets or don’t, this place is amazingly spotless. Mr. Rick Scali is awesome and it was a treat just visiting with him. We look forward to coming back!

Beachinit - Outstanding rental home! Perfect location and additions. We stayed for 6 nights during Spring break. The pool and the golf cart were the highlights for both the parents & the kids. When the temps dropped, we laid low behind the fence & enjoyed the solar pool. For dinner, we simply rode the golf cart to a nearby restaurant. Everyday, we walked in the AM and again in the PM....the housing area between old and new Hwy 98 is well suited for walking with your pet. Loved the fenced yard...perfect for our Lab. Great neighbors...many of whom are permanent residents. We will be back! And we will recommend the Easy Street Rentals to all who are looking for the same in Destin. Thanks for everything.

Coconut Palms - We had two families for a total of nine people and had plenty of room and then some. We all had a great time and loved the House, the pool, the golf cart and everything else. The ability to play music outside at the pool is a great touch. After having used the pool everyday, we inquired about tools to vacuum the pool after a few days into our stay and someone showed up within an hour to vacuum it for us, WOW!!! what service. I will recommend Easy Street Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals to anyone looking to stay in Destin. I hope we are able to make it back again soon; we all miss the beach and the house already. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Coconut Palms - The 2 houses are a great setup for multiple families. We had 14 people with us for three of the seven days we stayed at Coconut Palms and we never felt crowded. There is enough room for everyone to gather and eat and plenty of beds for sleeping. The children (& adults) really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area (patio, music, grill). The golf cart was an exceptional amenity and made trips to the beach very easy. Mr. Scali delivered a new blender to the house when we realized that there wasn't one. That's service you just don't get every day! I will definitely recommend Coconut Palms to friends and family and look forward to a return visit in the future.

Ocean Breeze - We stayed with two other families and had a total of 10 people--the house was not cramped at all. Plenty of room. The pool was large too in comparison to other homes in the area, and we could not get over how close we were to the beach. We were about a block away. We're considering making this an annual trip. The house was in great shape, and extremely close to shopping and restaurants. Loved it!!

Ocean Breeze - What a wonderful vacation home, huge private pool, fabulous backyard, close to the beach and a golf cart. The girls and I loved the beach and loved the pool, but we really loved the golf cart. I would recommend Ocean Breeze to anyone, in fact we have already told our friends when we got home. The hardest part of the whole vacation was leaving, but we'll be back.

My Beach House - Our family just returned from our wonderful week in Destin. We wanted to take the time to tell any/all how awesome our stay at My Beach House was! It could honestly not have been better!!! The home was so immaculate and tastefully decorated, and we could have easily stayed indoors and been as pleased as we were on the beach, etc. It was as nice as been in our own home, and that is certainly something to be said for sure! The short walk to the beach was wonderful and was enjoyed by the entire family. Our friends stayed at a resort hotel in Destin the same week and were green with envy when they saw what we were staying in for less money!!! :-) As if the stay weren't enough to make us want to make the trip to Destin and My Beach House an annual trip, we had the pleasure of meeting Rick on our last morning there. He is a fantastic fellow and a joy to talk with! He was very helpful with all aspects of our reservations/stay. We will certainly come back next year and many more to follow! When looking at the pictures of the house online here today, we wanted to go back already---miss it so much! :-( Thanks, Rick! You have big fans here!!

My Beach House - Our stay at My Beach House was awesome. It was very close to the beach where you could spend several hours and return to the house at the private pool to finish out your day. We were very grateful that it was pet friendly and we could take our pets. The house was well stocked with all necessities and was conveniently located to the outlet stores, other shopping, restaurants and grocers. We look forward to returning to Destin and definitely plan to rent from the Scali's.

Holly By The Sea - Tim and I just spent the July 4th weekend at the home "Holly by the Sea". We hope this will be our first of many weekends in this adorable home. We walked in and were welcomed by lots of sunshine, a spacious interior, and adorable yet romantic "shabby chic" decor. The linens were soft and fresh, the furniture is very stylish yet very comfy and our children (dogs) felt right at home. The yard is HUGE, fully fenced in, has a great area for grilling out, and borders the pool. The house was absolutely wonderful, and Tim and I were honored to have been a guest in the home. You can feel the warmth and love in the home the minute you walk through the door! We look forward to going back.

Pineapple Cabana - What can I say about Pineapple Cabana-Upon arrival, you've just made it back home! Away from the hustle & bustle of vacationers, Rick & Debbie have provided an Oasis surrounded by the beauty of the ocean. It's comfort, tranquility & style exemplifies pure pleasure & relaxation. It's truly home away from home. My wife, her brother & wife visiting from Germany & our two dogs fell in love with the place. The sunrise & sunsets were magnificent. After an early morning swim at the pool, a nice stroll on the beach, sight seeing, shopping & restauranting, we really enjoyed the peace & quiet the Pineapple Cabana offered. Next time it'll be just my wife & I.

Pineapple Cabana - This was our second year at the Pineapple Cabana. I have stayed at several other rental houses in the Destin area and this by far is the BEST house I have ever stayed in. The house is so wonderfully set up and stocked. Rick and Debbie are the most gracious hosts! My husband and I truly do feel like you are going home when we are on our why there. This year we were overjoyed that our grandchildren could come and stay with us for a couple of days. We had a blast in the pool. And all of the beach supplies that are at the house....WOW. They thought they were at a store! Most of all we love this house because our four legged babies can travel with us. There is nothing better than sitting on the swing in the morning with a cup of coffee and having a puppy running in the grass toward you! There is a saying "A rainy day at the beach is better than a sunny day anywhere." The person that said this must have also visited the Pineapple Cabana! See you next year!

Royal Palm - The "Royal Palm" is fit for royalty! The decor is so welcoming. I LOVED the hardwood floors and granite counter tops! Every modern convenience is at your fingertips. The beach is a very short walk away (white sand, clear water). Publix, Super Walmart, shopping and restaurants are a couple of minutes away by car. I loved the location of the house you felt like you were in a beautiful old seaside town with pebble roads, amazing. The pool was awesome, it's partially shaded in the afternoon and that's just what you need if you're a little sunburned! It's so nice to be in the water and a little shade at the same time. My 82 year old mother brought her Shih Tzu "Pippin" they are inseparable and being able to bring him made her vacation an instant success. We'll be back next year. The Roscoe/Madden family

Royal Palm - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Palm. The location was perfect and such a short walk over to the gorgeous beach. The pool was nice and being able to sit out on the balcony overlooking the pool and being able to see the ocean was great. We were most pleased that we were able to bring our Miniature Schnauzer Susie with us...since she is part of the family!

Southern Comfort - Dear Rick and Debbie, Thank you so much for our vacation again. This is our third year and we have had a great trip every time. The house was clean. We loved having the fenced in yard for our dogs. We loved having the in-ground pool with the extra bonus of a hot tub. The hot tub was nice because we used it every morning early and at the end of each day. We liked having the golf cart. It was nice being able to use that on the side streets for getting items to the beach, going to restaurants or just shopping. We could not have asked for better weather. Sorry we did not get to do dinner with you guys this year, but next time we will. Thanks again for setting up the photo session with the dogs. We really enjoyed this trip and house. Can not wait to come again.

Southern Comfort - Thank you Rick and Debbi! Southern Comfort was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and was beautifully furnished in a very nice quiet neighborhood! We had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the pool and the fenced-in back yard was a huge plus for our little furry friends. Even though we could very easily walk to the beach we appreciated the use of the golf-cart to carry our beach gear. We will definitely return! Can't wait!! Thanks again!

Summer Breeze - We had a wonderful week at Summer Breeze. We found the home to be clean and had all the accommodations we needed. The pool and its decking was super. The close proximity to the beach was also very nice. We'll come back again.

Vacation Paradise - This is a beautiful townhome that is very close to the beach, shopping and great dining! Everything was perfect! It is so much nicer than the huge condos that line the beaches! Thanks so much for a pleasant and quiet stay!

Vacation Paradise - We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very nice and large enough for us to spread out. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Just far enough to get the sand off our feet by the time we were back. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Villa De Vino - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa De Vino the week of Sept. 15th. The Scali's were wonderful to work with and very helpful with any questions. The house was the setting for our father's 70th birthday party and the layout of the house was perfect for a large crowd. The upstairs deck is awesome! The Bunk Room is best suited for kids since 2 other bedrooms can be accessed by cutting through it. The beach was truly a short and easy walk up the street. We can't wait to head back down!

Villa De Vino - We have been coming to Destin as a family for five years. This was the best place we have stayed in. The home is beautiful and each room provides privacy and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi was a huge hit! There was plenty of room for people to enjoy what they wanted to, whether it be TV or board games. The rooftop deck offers water views and sunset views. This house is really close to the beach, w/ private access, very convenient. As my sister said as we were leaving, "Well, I think this is the one".
