Unwind at the beach or by your private pool with your loved ones. Every bedroom has a private bath. As you feel the stress lifting you can plan your stroll to one of several nearby restaurants or cook at home in your kitchen or outdoor grill. If you just couldn't resist the beach, wash your feet off with the convenient hose just by the side door and walk right in where you will find a washer and dryer on your left and a bathroom complete with shower on your right. That bathroom is also connected to a beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed. You are just steps from the open kitchen, dining and living area. Upstairs, the master bedroom is on the left with it's own private bath, sitting area, 2 closets, king size bed and balcony. Down the hall is a third bedroom with a private bath. It has 2 full size beds and 2 chests. You are so relaxed and comfortable, aren't you?

We tried to think of everything. Your kitchen contains cookware, stoneware and utensils for 12 place settings. You have a coffee pot, blender and mixer. We have cups with lids for the kiddos. Plastic cups for drinks by the pool and glasses for everything from wine to water. We even have a food and water bowl for your favorite pet.

Outside there is a wagon to take to the beach. It has fold up seats for 2 children. Or, if you prefer, you can let them get some exercise too and you can use the wagon to take your chairs and umbrella to the beach. You have private deeded access, you know. The sunsets are amazing along this stretch of beach and it is still a beautiful short stroll up the street to get back home.

At night you can cozy up to a fire if it is cool out. Bring your favorite DVDs or just listen to your iPod on the awesome entertainment system. There are puzzles and games in front of the bar. Wouldn't it be nice to just sit in the comfy chairs and play games with the family and really talk to each other? That's right, do it, just UNWIND.

Rates are based on 8 guests, additional guests over 8 to a maximum of 10 is $100.00/wk per person plus taxes. Children under age 2 are not included in the guest count. If Rental falls on or during Memorial Day or 4th of July Holiday, rates increase by $200.00. Check in 4:00PM Check out 10:00AM
